GreenHaven Continuous Commodity Index Fund is an exchange-traded fund that provides an
innovative and efficient way to deliver broad based, diversified, commodity exposure. It aims to
achieve this by using futures contracts to track the Continuous Commodity Index-Total Return,
which is an equal weighted index of seventeen commodities.

The GreenHaven Continuous Commodity Index Fund issues units that are purchased or sold
on the New York Stock Exchange-ARCA under the ticker symbol "GCC". The Fund commenced
trading on the American Stock Exchange on January 24, 2008 and its listing was transferred
to the NYSE-ARCA platform on November 25, 2008. The sponsor of the Fund is GreenHaven
Commodity Services LLC which has an exclusive license with respect to the creation of U.S.
exchange traded funds with Thomson Reuters America, LLC which developed, owns, and
operates the Index.

In May, 2009, Spring Street Partners led a Class B share investment in GreenHaven LLC, which
owns 100% of GreenHaven Commodity Services LLC.
